The breakfast here was really good and I liked that there were plenty of options to choose from. It's located in a nice neighborhood, and when I was leaving, Michelle kindly offered to give me a ride to the train station. One night, I had a tasty dinner from the Domino's Pizza nearby 🍕.

An unusual small hotel
Compact, modern unit with a gorgeous deep bath. Knowledgeable staff. - Excellent service. - Perfect location near Hastings sea front and town centre. - Merriment in the grounds in a residential area. - 15 minutes drive from East Hill

The owners are very helpful and hospitable. The breakfasts are excellent. The little touches of luxury are good. The bedroom tea and coffee making facility is good. There is even a small refrigerator in the room with fresh milk, water and fruit juices.
The narrow steep stair to my room. Also the room was small for a double.

The medieval theme was unusual, but very effective. The rooms were well decorated and comfortable. The owners were knowledgable and very helpful. The breakfast was very good, with a wide array of options.
The only downside, and this is a very minor one, is the location is not very central and the journey into the Old Town/seafront is either a 20 minute walk or a short drive.

Phill and Michelle were wonderful!!! All of the extra little touches they provide make your experience one of pure joy. Thank you for a wonderful stay! :)
I could see parking being an issue, but they did their best to assist us in any way possible! Also, it was a little difficult to find, but one phone call and Phill was waiting on the street to help us. :)

Truly enjoyed sumptuous breakfast, individually decorated and charming little room.
No complaints, the venue met the criteria. It had all needed for party in Hastings. Efficient services were available. The location was quiet, far away from Old Town!
